BRITISH CREW - Churros Bros
Trading from a beautiful and iconic Citroen H Van, Churros Brothers are famous for their traditional Spanish Churros freshly cooked to order and served with Valor hot chocolate. These seriously luxurious sweet treats are 100% organic and Halal.
BRITISH CREW - Crabbie Shack
Styling his outfit on the traditional British crab shacks found along the harbour of his home town in Folkestone, South East England, Douglas Robertson-Ritchie has won plenty of affection and accolades for his soft shells crab burgers.
Deep-fried in a light batter, held within a brioche bun and dressed with the likes of harissa, avocado, fennel and almonds or pickled cucumber, coriander and wasabi lime mayonnaise, it’s easy to see why Crabbie Shack won the best of London in the British Street Food Awards.

BRITISH CREW - Donostia Social club
When Paul first rolled up in his modified Citroen H Van tapas bar, we knew Donostia Social Club was a winner.
This van is fully kitted out and set up as a proper mobile tapas bar, serving food that is inspired by Donostia in the Basque Country.
Donostia is the Basque name for San Sebastian, a city caught between Northern Spain and Southern France, and famed for its amazing food culture. Donostia Social Club bring some of the magic from the city with more Michelin stars per head than anywhere else in the world and a vibrant and exciting Pintxos tradition.
Come along, pull up a stool and perch on their bar and let yourself be fed some delicious bites from the Basque country.
BRITISH CREW - Made of Dough
Made of Dough is the story of how two food obsessed friends of Italian and Spanish heritage learnt the art of handling dough and authentic Neapolitan pizza making to become ‘London Pizza Festival 2015 Champions’.
Their pizzas mix both their culinary cultural inheritance; Italian pizzas with Andalucían influences, while Raffaella, their very British Land Rover oven truck, is a fitting nod to where it all came together.
BRITISH CREW - The Bell & Brisket
Bel Shapiro set up The Bell & Brisket to championing the classic, old fashioned combination of salt beef, pickles & mustard, served street food style with a London twist.
Moist, succulent salt beef combines with sharp, tangy pickles piled between proper Beigels and topped with a dollop of mustard & finished off with blow torched Cheddar, melted in front of your eyes. This is a serious sandwich to be reckoned with.
BRITISH CREW - The Cheeky Italian
These guys take on the traditional staples of Italian food and give them a cheeky twist!
They will be bringing Parmo onto their menu for the UAE. Parmo is a popular dish in the North East of England where the classic Italian Chicken Parmesan has been reinterpreted. A bit like schnitzel, breaded fried chicken is topped with a cheesy Parmesan and marina sauce.
They will also be serving up their famous herby fries, topped with marinara and mozzarella sauce.
BRITISH CREW - The Cheese Truck
Showcasing and celebrating British cheeses in one of the most honourable ways possible, Matt specialises in the humble, but irresistible grilled cheese sandwich.
Normally found trading with Alfie - a bright yellow, converted 1973 Bedford CF ice-cream van - The Cheese Truck has received many accolades for their obscenely oozing, cheesy creations.

BRITISH CREW - The Crema Caravan
The street food circuit is full of innovative savoury meals on wheels, but the same creative zeal has not been applied enough to desserts. Until The Crema Caravan entered the arena, that is.
Sourcing only the best ingredients, The Crema Caravan make creamy, rich vanilla desserts with blow-torched, burnt sugar tops; Crema Catalana & Crème Brûlée. Served from their sleek, retro Renault van these guys have mastered the art of creating the perfect brulee, and they burn to order.

BRITISH CREW - The Other Side
Fried chicken is just one of those foods. When done justice it can be so good it’s dangerous… like when the boneless thigh is brined for real depth and flavour; double breaded for extra crispy crunch; topped with a four-hour smoked honey butter and served between a potato bread bun… it’s almost reckless that the converted Ambulance it’s served from is no longer in service.
BRITISH CREW - The Roadery
The Roadery are creative chefs finding the magic in the ‘forgotten cuts’ of meat that deserve a place on our plates. Their British ‘Head to tail’ food is served from the hatch of a beautiful 1979 Renault Estafette van and will include low and slow cooked beef cheek Braco’s (British tacos) with a home-made blackberry hot sauce, fresh mint yoghurt, tomato salsa, coriander & pickles; a Halloumi Braco and an Earl grey panna cotta for dessert.

SINGAPOREAN CREW - Bjorn Shen
Bjorn Shen is one of Singapore’s most notorious chefs, known for his spontaneous, sometime outrageous cooking and for always putting substance before style. He also happens to have a lot of style too and revels in taking a rebellious, creative attitude towards cooking.Especially for the UAE he is presenting a very Singaporean street food dessert drink; the MILO GODZILLA & PINK PANTHER. The Milo Godzilla and Pink Panther are made by adding heaps of the chocolate and malt powder on top of ice, which usually clump together into smaller, delicious Milo powder balls that pop to coat your tongue as you drink it, basil seeds and rose water syrup give added levels of flavour and texture before a scoop of vanilla ice cream is added to make this the ultimate monster of drinks!
SINGAPOREAN CREW - Chef Shen Tan
Chef Shen Tan exchanged her corporate job for a hawker’s apron at the iconic Maxwell Food Centre, launching Madam Tan’s Nasi Lemak. Her Nasi Lemak - a traditional Malay rice dish that is synonymous with the culinary heritage of Singapore and Malaysia- soon became legendary and she has gone on to become a major influencer of the Mod Sin (Modern Singaporean) food movement with innovative dishes like Lamb Char Siew, Ba Chor Mee Pasta, Shendol, Fish Curry Pasta and her signature Beef Rendang Pizza.
Chef Shen is widely published in local and regional print and online media and is currently cooking up a storm at Revolution Coffee.
SINGAPOREAN CREW - Kerbside Gourmet
Kerbside Gourmet is Asia’s first gourmet food truck dishing out wholesome, fresh, soul food, packed full of goodness.
With Luan Lin in the driving seat Kerbside Gourmet is also a social enterprise helping feed those who need it most while paving the way for a new generation of conscientious, creative, and dedicated street food chefs in Singapore. Luan and her truck “Kerbie” are pushing the boundaries for what street food is, and can be in Singapore.
SINGAPOREAN CREW - Makan Makan
This family-run institution specialise in traditional Malay food. From their Hawker Centre in Singapore they are bringing the popular noodle dish Mee Siam to the UAE.
Mee Siam means “Siamese noodle” in Malay, and is made with thin rice vermicell, served with a light spicy, sweet and sour gravy, shrimp or egg.
Makan Makan means EAT in malay and location in arabic; because street food is all about eat on location!
SINGAPOREAN CREW - Popiah
Popiah is a fresh, hand-rolled, spring roll common in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Ingredients can be laid out and with guests selecting and rolling with their own fillings.
Kway Guan Huat Joo Chiat Popiah is a famous, family owned, heritage Singaporean street food eatery preserving the tradition of hand making popiah ‘skins’, a skill that has been passed down through generations.

Always on the search for innovating new ways to take their BBQ experience to the next level, these masters of the flame take the party with them wherever they go and serve up chargrilled sensations including their beef, chicken and camel burgers.
US CREW - Endless Summer Sweets
Funnel cakes are a popular regional food normally found across North America at carnivals, fairs, sporting events, and seaside resorts. German immigrants first brought these delicious cakes, ade by deep frying doughnut batter in a circular pattern, so that the overlapping dough sticks together and turns golden-brown and served plain with powdered sugar, or with fresh whipped cream, strawberries and deep-fried oreos.

Owned by Tami Treadwell, this Harlem-based soul truck has a menu of culinary delights like shrimp & grits, delicious fish taco’s and uptown po’boys.
US CREW - La Cocina
We’ve teamed up with La Cocina to bring some of the best street food talent from the US direct to the UAE. The San Francisco Chronicle called La Cocina “the most important food business in San Francisco”. The organization, a non-profit, cultivates talented low-income and immigrant women who are launching, growing and formalizing food businesses, and has been doing so since 2005. In 2007, they launched the San Francisco Street Food Festival, an event that CNN called one of the best food festivals in the world. La Cocina is excited to share their experience, and the food of two of their talented entrepreneurs, with Eat the World DXB.
US CREW - Maxcel Hardy
Chef Maxcel Hardy is in a league of his own. With 12 years of culinary experience under his belt he is well on his way to establishing his own culinary empire.
This Detroit-based celebrity chef has fed award winning Hip Hop and R&B artists, actors, professional athletes, and dignitaries, specialising in his brand of amazing American, Asian, French and Caribbean recipes. Chef Max is also the founder of the One Chef Can 86 Hunger foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that works towards raising awareness and fighting the hunger epidemic in America.
Make sure you get involved with his shrimp po’boys, complete with homemade pickles. He’s also going to serving up South Carolina’s famous Chicken and Waffles combo and Crab Mac n’ Cheese.
US CREW - Sabores del Sur
Representing the Latinos of America and doing them proud, Sabores del Sur, literally translating as ‘Flavours of the South’, hand make traditional empanadas and alfajores – which have been described as the best cookies on earth.
Sabores del Sur’s Chef Guisell was born in Santiago de Chile and with nothing more than $27 and a dream in her pocket, she moved to the Bay Area. After several months of searching, and craving her own food, she realized the only way to eat her favorite South American dishes was to cook them herself. That’s when she decided to start her food business, Sabores del Sur (Flavors from the South), selling her favourite South American foods to friends and family like authentic empanadas and alfajores. In 2004, she began her association with non-profits La Cocina and Women’s Initiative, which provided commercial kitchen space, industry expertise and other resources for her success. Sabores del Sur has since become one of the Bay Area’s favorite South American restaurants and food & catering companies, supporting Fair Trade, Locally Grown and Buy Local Programs and employing Environmentally Sensitive and “Green” business practices and they strive to be a positive impact on the community.
US CREW - Sushi And Seoul
These creative, professionally trained sushi chefs mix it up in true American melting-pot style. Their Asian mash-ups of innovative sushi & Korean-Inspired dishes are usually found on the streets of Orlando Florida, but the UAE is going to get a taste of their Shrimp on the Bao and Octopus skewers.
US CREW - Syrena Johnson
Chef Syrena is from New Orleans, the “Big Easy,” known for its round-the-clock nightlife, vibrant live-music scene and spicy, singular cuisine reflecting its history as a melting pot of French, African and American cultures. She may have lost her home to Hurricane Katrina, but it hasn’t stopped Chef Syrena following her dream and slinging her very special soul food, like Shrimp Corn Dogs, Crawfish Quesadilla and Cajun Loaded Fries.
